Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Non Refundable

All deposits are strictly non refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, change of mind, illness, lateness, or failure to attend.

Rescheduling

If you provide at least 72 hoursnotice, your deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within 2 weeks.

Failure to reschedule within this time frame will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancelling with less than 72 hours notice or failing to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Ink & Laser  Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the business must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Course bookings 

All courses are non refundable once payment has been made, a no show of appointment will count towards one of the sessions within the course.
